Dear Team Members,
As the founder and CEO of our company, I wanted to write and provide a message of hope and appreciation for all of you. Although I have not had the pleasure of meeting all of you in person, the thousands of you that I have met in person remind me of what I love most about this company. Right this moment, I miss approaching our stadiums and arenas on event day and getting those butterflies of anticipation. I miss walking around our entertainment sites and learning about you and your families. I miss walking away from a successful day and thinking of all the good that we share and how proud I am of our culture and our company.
S.A.F.E. Management is celebrating its 24th year of operations and over that time, we as a country have overcome many challenges. I immediately think of 9/11 and our economic down turn in 2008. Both were challenging times for many. The virus we are currently overcoming will be our toughest enemy. But we are tough people and will make it through this together. Yes, when we return it will be different, but we will adjust. That is what makes us special as a people and family, we learn how to adapt to situations and move forward to get better.
All of us at S.A.F.E. hope that you are healthy and being strong. In this time of social distancing, we look forward to getting back to what we love with S.A.F.E. A happy place where we experience smiles, comfort, support and excitement.
We think of you often and are grateful for all that you do. We look forward to the day when we open our doors to our fans. We need our teams, events and memories. We are confident we will all be back together again soon!
