Born in Mt. Pleasant, MI Becca attended Central Michigan University where she graduated with a degree in Commercial Recreation and Event Management with a minor in Hospitality in 2014. Throughout college Becca completed internships with the Nashville Predators and the Detroit S.A.F.E. Management Office. After her internship with S.A.F.E., Becca traveled to Phoenix, AZ to assist with administrative duties at the Phoenix Convention Center for NFLX at Super Bowl XLIX.
After graduation Becca worked in Minor League Baseball with the Myrtle Beach Pelicans and the Carolina Mudcats for 2 seasons in Community Relations. In July of 2017 Becca joined S.A.F.E. again as the Event and Office Manager for the Phoenix office. Becca is responsible for overseeing: payroll, recruitment, training, office procedures and managing over 1000 part time team members.
In Arizona she was instrumental in staffing for all events at State Farm Stadium which have included Arizona Cardinals Football games, College Football National Championship Semi-Final at the Fiesta Bowl, Gold Cup International Soccer, Taylor Swift, Beyoncé and Jay-Z, Rolling Stones, and Garth Brooks concerts. S.A.F.E also provides security and guest services for Camelback Ranch Glendale, home of the LA Dodgers and Chicago White Sox Spring Training. Becca has assisted with scheduling and being the Event Manager at Phoenix Raceway for 4 races where S.A.F.E. provides the security services.
Becca has been involved on the administrative side with responsibilities for Super Bowl XLIX and the past 3 Super Bowls. In March 2020 Becca moved to Las Vegas to assist with the opening of the new home for the Las Vegas Raiders, Allegiant Stadium. She will be an integral component for all administrative aspects of the operation which include interviewing, training, onboarding, payroll, scheduling employees and managing events.
