Born and raised in Jacksonville, FL, Deshawn pursued higher education at Dalton State College. Here, he majored in Business Administration and Management. In addition to his academic pursuits, Deshawn was a part of the Men’s Basketball Team for Dalton State College. Deshawn’s professional journey commenced in the nonprofit and event management sector. His experience in these fields equipped him with a unique skill set, combining organizational prowess with a passion for local community engagement.
In October 2024, Deshawn joined the SAFE Management team, his background in nonprofit and event management will help him establish himself as a reliable leader and teammate. His focus is on developing strong relationships with his colleagues and contributing positively to the organization’s success.
