Erica Roman was born and raised in Michigan and has a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Recreation and Event Management from Central Michigan University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude through the Honors College.
During her time at CMU, Erica minored in American Sign Language and was highly active in campus life. She played a key role in planning and executing events as a member of the Honors Program Board, the Homecoming Committee, and served as Director of Programming for her residence hall.
In 2022, Erica began her career with S.A.F.E. Management in Detroit at Ford Field, initially as an intern and later on as an Administrative Assistant. Her experience with S.A.F.E. has included events such as Detroit Lions Training Camps, regular-season games, concerts, and the 2024 NFL Draft in Detroit.
