Helene Menard

Office & Events Manager

Born and raised in France, Helene attended the University of Montreal, Canada where she graduated with a Bachelor in Criminology in 2014. During her last year of college, Helene was offered an internship at the Montreal Police Department Headquarters as a counsellor.

After moving to Hartford, CT in 2017, Helene decided to call the Silver State home and moved to Las Vegas, NV in 2019. With 10 years’ experience in Security, Helene joined the S.A.F.E. Management team in July of 2020 as an Event Security Guard, being part of the Allegiant Stadium opening team.

Helene was promoted to Security Supervisor in November of 2021, working all major events, including the Rolling Stones, BTS, Raiders Games and Pro Bowl. Helene also worked as a Small Events Supervisor for our daily operations such as Small Events, Team Store & Stadium Tours. Helene made a quick transition to the Facility Security Team before being promoted to Office and Events Coordinator in July of 2022.

Helene is mainly responsible for the scheduling and reconciliation of S.A.F.E. Management daily operations, as well as major events. She is also responsible for our S.A.F.E. Ambassador Program which aims to improve our staff experience at the Stadium.

Helene has been dedicated to the success of S.A.F.E. Management since day one and will continue to be committed to excellence in her new role here at Allegiant Stadium, home of the Las Vegas Raiders.”
