Jeff Crytzer

Regional Director

Born and raised in Central Florida, Jeff graduated from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice as well as a minor in Community Leadership.  He began his career with S.A.F.E. Management in September of 2014 as an intern for the Jaguar season and accepted an Event Manager position at the end of the 2014 Season. As an Event Manager Jeff learned and excelled at managing security, guest services and personnel for events ranging from NFL Football Games to Sold out Arena Concerts.

Jeff continued growing as an Event Manager over the next 4 years, his growth and effort afforded them the opportunity to join S.A.F.E. Managements Major events across the country. Early in his career Jeff had the opportunity to work a NCAA College Football Championship, Final Four and other national events. Additionally, Jeff has been a member of S.A.F.E. Managements NCAA Consulting time focusing on areas ranging from overall event crowd flow to the security around the court and locker rooms. Jeff also worked 5 Superbowl’s with S.A.F.E. Management as the Manager for SB Live, NFL Experience and the NFL Tailgate Party. Jeff was responsible for the budgeting, assisting in the development of security plans and leading the security operation during load-in, the event and load-out.

Jeff accepted the position of Senior Events Manager for the Florida office in January of 2019. He assisted leadership with all facets of management including, stadium event preparation as well as administrative oversight.

Beginning in March of 2020, S.A.F.E. joined the Raider Nation and the ASM Family in the opening of Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. Jeff was selected for the role as Managing Director where he directed all Event Security, Guest Services and Event Facility Security operations and administrative functions. Jeff worked hand in hand with The Raiders and ASM on the stadium’s security processes, ultimately Allegiant Stadium was recognized as the 2023 Facility of Merit Award. Over the next four years, Jeff managed over 100 major events at one of the busiest venues in the country, including events such as, major concerts like Taylor Swift, BTS, and The Weeknd, International Soccer matches and a Gold Cup Championship, PAC-12 Championships, Raider Games and Super Bowl 58.

In the Spring of 2024, Jeff was promoted to Regional Director overseeing S.A.F.E.’s Florida and Maryland Office. Most recently, S.A.F.E. Management transitioned as the Event Security and Guest Services staffing provider at Raymond James stadium. Jeff played a critical role in the transition process as well as continues to be intricately involved in S.A.F.E. Managements Tampa teams’ operation for events such as Metallica, Chris Brown, USF College Football and Tampa Bay Buccaneers Football. Jeff resides in Jacksonville, FL with his wife, Ashley and their two children, Leland and Adalyn.
