Julia is certified by Maryland State Police and MPCTC as an Instructor for MD CCW, Guard Card, Private Detective and Special Police courses. Additionally, she is a certified CJIS Fingerprint Technician, and licensed as a Private Detective and Armed Security Officer. She has field experience serving multiple Executive Protection Units and a variety of contracts within the private sector, specializing in 24/7 operations.
As an operations manager for a Maryland-based security company and training academy, her primary responsibility was to develop and oversee firearms and compliance training programs, including Wear & Carry Handgun Qualifications, Special Police, Security Guard and Private Detective licensing. She managed CJIS fingerprint processing, worked with state regulatory agencies to conduct and coordinate background investigations, and submit applications ensuring strict adherence to Maryland State Police and MPCTC requirements. In addition, she led recruitment, onboarding, scheduling and payroll for security personnel.
In her time with S.A.F.E. Management, she has worked as Event Security, a 24/7 Officer and OIC at M&T Bank Stadium before joining the Maryland team.
