Liv started with S.A.F.E. Management as an intern in Jacksonville, Florida in 2024. In May 2025, after accepting a full-time position with S.A.F.E. Management, Liv relocated to Houston, Texas to support the opening of operations at NRG Park. During this time, she led high-volume recruitment efforts and partnered with local colleges and career centers to build strong applicant pipelines. Additionally, she oversaw a team of interviewers, administrative staff, and interns to ensure an efficient hiring and onboarding process. In seven weeks time, the Houston team saw their recruitment efforts highlighted by successfully staffing over 1,000 event staff for the CONCACAF Gold Cup Final.
Prior to interning with S.A.F.E. Management, Liv interned for Tullymore Golf Resort where she was able to produce golf outings, weddings, and member events. Liv attended Central Michigan University where she studied Recreation and Event Management, along with minors in Business Communications and American Sign Language. While attending CMU, she worked as an Event Coordinator for the Isabella Bank Institute for Entrepreneurship. She also spent a semester in Florence, Italy and took part in producing the 50th anniversary Gus Macker 3 on 3 Basketball Festival. She loves to travel and has a passion for being a part of the community.
In July 2025, Liv returned to Jacksonville as an Event & Office Coordinator. Building on the experience she gained through her internship and her hands-on leadership in Houston, she is excited to step into this next chapter and continue growing within S.A.F.E. Management.
