Maxwell Potter

Office & Event Coordinator

Born and raised in the Florida Keys, Maxwell Potter developed a strong passion for sports and live events at an early age, which naturally led him toward a career in event and venue operations. Maxwell attended Florida State University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management & Tourism from the Dedman College of Hospitality in 2024.

While in college, Maxwell gained hands-on experience through internships and leadership roles in sports and event operations. In Summer 2023, he worked as an Event Services Intern at the RP Funding Center, assisting with arena operations, event setup and breakdown, and guest services for concerts and sporting events. During college, he also worked with i9 Sports as a Soccer and Facilities Coordinator from 2022–2025, helping manage youth sports programs through on-site coordination, facility oversight, and game-day operations.

In May 2025, Maxwell joined S.A.F.E. Management as an intern, where he supported large-scale sporting events and live entertainment productions. Through this role, he developed a strong foundation in event staffing, logistics coordination, team communication, and game-day operations in fast-paced environments.

Maxwell is excited to continue building his career in the sports and events industry and is proud to contribute his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and passion for live events to the S.A.F.E. Management team as an Office and Events Coordinator. He looks forward to growing his skills and making a positive impact on every event he supports.
