Samuel Avalos joined S.A.F.E Management in October 2025, bringing over a decade of experience in the sports and entertainment industry. Prior to joining S.A.F.E., he served as Stadium Operations Manager in Minor League Baseball for more than three and a half years. Throughout his career, Samuel has gained broad expertise across multiple sectors, including soccer, racing, hockey, and baseball, with a strong background in marketing, sales, operations, and security.
A 2020 graduate of East Stroudsburg University with a degree in Sport Management, Samuel has held roles across various departments, giving him comprehensive insight into the inner workings of sports organizations. In his most recent role with the Lehigh Valley IronPigs at Coca-Cola Park in Allentown, Pennsylvania, he led a 30-person team responsible for developing and executing safety and security protocols for large-scale public events. Notable events under his supervision included the Devonte Smith Celebrity Softball game, Cosmic Baseball Tour, Savannah Banana’s Banana Ball Tour, and all Lehigh Valley IronPigs home games.
Earlier in his career, Samuel worked at Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach, Florida, as a Personal Ticket Consultant. There, he further developed his skills in customer service, sales, relationship management, marketing, and product knowledge.
Samuel is passionate about creating exceptional fan experiences while ensuring the safety and efficiency of event operations. His ability to lead cross functional teams, adapt to fast-paced environments, and implement effective operational strategies continues to drive his success in the sport and entertainment industry.
