Stewart Pilch joined S.A.F.E. Management as Chief Financial Officer in January 2026, bringing with him extensive experience leading finance and accounting functions for complex, growth-oriented organizations. A Certified Public Accountant, Stewart has overseen financial operations across multiple industries, with a strong focus on strategic planning, operational efficiency, and scalable growth. Based in Atlanta, Stewart will serve as a local, accessible resource for the organization while supporting teams across all S.A.F.E. markets.
Stewart holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Alabama. Over the course of his career, he has served in senior financial leadership roles including Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting, and Vice President of Finance. His experience includes managing accounting, finance, payroll, human resources, IT, and integration efforts for organizations backed by private equity and institutional investors.
Throughout his career, Stewart has led acquisition and integration activities, built strong relationships with investors and lenders, improved close processes, enhanced financial reporting and analytics, and implemented systems and controls that drive clarity and accountability. He is known for his data-driven approach, collaborative leadership style, and ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights for executive teams.
At S.A.F.E. Management, Stewart partners closely with executive leadership to support the company’s continued growth while strengthening financial infrastructure, reporting, and long-term strategic planning.
Stewart resides in Atlanta, GA with his wife, Jordan,. They have been married 10 years and have a daughter, Palmer and a son, Parker.
