Brandon Selland was born and raised on the Eastern shore of Maryland before joining the U.S. Navy as a Master–At–Arms in 2014. Over his nine-year Naval career, Brandon became a subject matter expert in the areas of Antiterrorism Force Protection, Physical Security, and Law Enforcement, resulting in him developing training plans and writing pre planned responses and standard operating procedures at his various military commands.
At the tail end of his military career, he wrapped up his education at Oklahoma State University with a degree in Management with a concentration in Sports Management. His education, military background and experience bring a unique perspective on security to the S.A.F.E. team.
During his time in the Military, he was stationed across the globe from California to The British Indian Ocean Territory and attributes his management skills to working with people from all walks of life.
Since arriving in Atlanta and joining the S.A.F.E. team in August of 2023 as an Event Coordinator he has assumed the responsibilities of major event preparation as well as administrative management. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, hiking with his wife and lounging with his dogs.
