CONSULTING SERVICES CONTINUE TO GROW
In many ways, S.A.F.E. already provides consulting as a strategic with specific direction through our partnerships with the venues that we serve on a daily basis. But in many other ways, we have been asked to come in as a third party and provide more specific consulting.
Also, as part of S.A.F.E.’s role at Super Bowl, we play a significant consulting role in the planning and preparation of the security plan each year. In this role, S.A.F.E. and many of its team members work hand in hand with the NFL’s Regional Directors to create and implement a detailed security plan that can be implemented effectively and efficiently.
THE MISSION REMAINS THE SAME!
Whether managing an event directly or offering consulting services for events our mission remains the same!
Throughout the past 25 years S.A.F.E.’s philosophy and approach has concentrated on three different key aspects that were
developed by our founder:
CREATING AND MAINTAINING AN ENJOYABLE AND SAFE ENVIRONMENT
COMMUNICATING CORRECT INFORMATION
PROMOTING A PROFESSIONAL IMAGE
The Disney style philosophy of Guest Services is something that we hold deep in our roots. Creating a culture that Security and Guest Services goes hand in hand is a formula that has proven to be very successful. Our facilities are SAFE. But we keep guests coming back!
GUEST SERVICES INCLUDE
FROM THE BEGINNING
In 1994, Jim McIntyre, founder and CEO of S.A.F.E. Management had a desire and vision to develop a new wave of Crowd Management -bridging the gap between solid Security measures with unmatched Guest Service delivery. The goal was to develop an organization of “thinkers” that solved issues analytically rather than the traditional one-dimensional event staff company that intimidated guests and attempted to solve issues physically. Jim was committed to surrounding himself with individuals who recognized the importance of Guest Services and who were willing to go the extra step to achieve the difference between good and great.
