Felipe Gonzalez Leon was born and raised in LA County, California. Felipe is a passionate sports enthusiast who formerly worked at Home Depot Center currently known as Dignity Health Sports Park, which is a Major League Soccer stadium located in downtown Los Angeles.
Throughout his career, Felipe has had the privilege of working alongside great teammates ensuring the safety and security of both athletes and spectators alike. Felipe strives in a fast-paced environment and has a great track record of effectively managing security operations during high-profile events. In addition to his experience in the sports industry, he has also gained valuable insights from working diverse events including concerts and corporate functions.
Felipe relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada in the summer of 2016. Part of the Allegiant Stadium opening team in 2020, he was hired by S.A.F.E. Management Company as a part-time event guard. Felipe eventually joined the 24/7 Facility Security Team in 2021, where he proudly worked his way up the ranks to be a Lead Supervisor. Some of his responsibilities as Lead Supervisor included oversight of the 24/7 Facility Operation along with a major role in GDOC on event days. Felipe is excited to dive into his current role as Security Coordinator at Allegiant Stadium. He aims to make a difference to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests. Felipe is honored to be a part of an incredible team here at S.A.F.E. Management and is looking forward to bringing his insight to the table as we work together to achieve excellence.
