Born in Royal Oak, MI, Lindsay earned a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Commercial Recreation from Central Michigan University, concentrating in Facility Management with minors in Event Management, Leadership, and Professional Sales.
Lindsay began her career with S.A.F.E. Management as an intern during the 2013 Detroit Lions season. Following her internship, she relocated to Arizona to serve as the Office & Event Manager at University of Stadium in Glendale. In 2014, she accepted the Office Manager role with S.A.F.E. Management at University of Phoenix Stadium, where she oversaw recruitment, training, office operations, and part-time staff management. She played a key role in planning and scheduling major events including Arizona Cardinals games, the Fiesta Bowl, concerts, and Spring Training at Camelback Ranch Glendale.
In 2017, Lindsay moved to Atlanta to help open Mercedes-Benz Stadium as an Office & Events Manager. She led critical administrative functions such as interviewing, training, onboarding, payroll, and employee scheduling. She returned to Arizona in 2019 to focus more heavily on administrative operations and, since 2021, has served as S.A.F.E. Management’s Director of Administration.
In her current role, Lindsay leads administrative practices across all eight S.A.F.E. Management locations, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and HR standards. Her responsibilities include HR investigations, payroll and timekeeping oversight, onboarding, recruitment, training, workers’ compensation, and performance evaluations. She holds her PHR certification, reinforcing her commitment to maintaining compliance with all HR laws and regulations.
Throughout her tenure, Lindsay has supported major organizational initiatives and special events, contributing to 10 Super Bowls, 2 CFP National Championships, the openings of Mercedes-Benz Stadium and Allegiant Stadium, and two new S.A.F.E. Management locations at Raymond James Stadium & NRG Park in 2026.
