Morgan is a Managing Director for S.A.F.E. Management of Florida. He is a 2016 alumnus of Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Recreation, Parks, and Leisure Services Administration, with minors in Management and Leadership. Morgan’s career with S.A.F.E. Management started in Detroit, Michigan, in 2015, where he helped plan and execute a variety of events as an intern. He was invited to support Super Bowl 50 as part of the administrative team at the NFL Experience during his internship.
Upon graduation from college, Morgan was employed at the Yankee Stadium and the Prudential Center as an Operations Manager and Finance Assistant for Legends Hospitality Management. This included staffing and executing New York Yankee and New Jersey Devil games, along with a variety of other events. During this experience, Morgan continued his involvement with S.A.F.E. Management and was invited back to Super Bowl LI as a part of the administrative team.
In 2017, Morgan was selected as the Hiring Manager for S.A.F.E. Management at Super Bowl LII in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Morgan led the hiring and training efforts and assisted with recruiting thousands of staff in a variety of positions. Additionally, he supported the event day efforts as a part of the audit and reconciliation team for the event.
Not long after his term with S.A.F.E. Super Bowl ended, Morgan returned to where his journey started in Detroit, Michigan, with S.A.F.E. Management at Ford Field. As an Event Manager, Morgan supported Ford Field initiatives including but not limited to Detroit Lions games, concerts, and private events. Additionally, Morgan supported event staffing and security for AEG Presents with events at Royal Oak Music Theater and Masonic Temple. Morgan continued to assist with Super Bowl efforts within S.A.F.E. Management and managed 24/7 and event operations for DTE Energy Music Theater, Meadowbrook Amphitheater, and Michigan Lottery Amphitheater at Freedom Hill.
Morgan was excited to join the S.A.F.E. Florida team in April of 2021 as a Senior Event Manager. Morgan led major events at TIAA Bank Field, VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena, Daily’s Place Amphitheater and Ben Hill Griffin Stadium at the University of Florida in Gainesville. In September 2021, Morgan was selected for the role of Managing Director where he will direct all operational and administrative functions of the office, as well as provide leadership in event management for the Florida team.
